So, tomorrow I find out whether I'm going to get a legal job for the summer or not. Pray for me, because I need the money (legal jobs pay better than the other part-time jobs I could get around here for the most part). I got my car inspected today and to meet Maine's motor vehicle inspections standards I'm going to have to shell out $1500. I want a second opinion. In fact, I'm going to try and get one next week. Hopefully this is all handled as quickly as possible. I am thoroughly anxious (about the job) and depressed (about the car). It still runs fine, and it's safe enough for the street, but it's all these little technical things that need to be fixed.

However, that will not ruin my weekend. I'm going to see the Sea Dogs tomorrow night, and X-Men 3: The Last Stand on Saturday night. I can't wait. So much anxiety, some good some bad. Anyways, wish me luck.

Civil Procedure Final Exam

In an hour, I will be taking my Civil Procedure II final exam. I don't know why I've decided to write this right now. I really should be studying some last minute stuff. However, a lot of what I study now, I'll forget on my way to school. This may be one of the hardest final exams I've ever taken. We'll have to see. Studying has consumed my life for the last couple of days, so maybe there's hope. In the mean time, here's a nice picture of Jess and I in D.C. Jess is holding the camera. It was pretty windy that day, so I think that's what up with my hair.

Anyways, I should get ready. I have to be at school in 45 minutes. Less than that now. I hope I know the correct rulings on the motions. Go Res Judicata.

Superman Returns

While X-men 3 is just around the corner, a new Superman Returns preview just hit the interenet last week. Check it out. I thought it looked really good. Especially the second half. Kevin Spacy is going to rock in this movie. I'm even more psyched than I was before, which I guess is what a preview is supposed to do.

Well, finals start next week. Prepping for finals is so amazingly difficult. Some of us are relearning all the material. Others of us are learning it for the first time. In some classes I'm in the first category in others I'm in the second. And through all this I've yet to bag a summer job. Looks like I might be working at Movie Gallery this summer. I'm not completely kidding. I got application the other day. However, I am going to look for an office job, or something else more suitable.

Hey, if any of you know of any good office jobs in Portland, Maine, give me a ring. Well, I gotta study.
